Dear Colleague,
It is our great pleasure to invite you to the Great Debates and Updates in Thoracic Malignancies occurring in San Francisco, California from May 5, 2012.
This exciting educational activity will focus on controversial areas in the management of patients with lung and other thoracic cancers, as nationally-recognized thought leaders take opposing sides on topics of interest to physicians and their patients. Using didactic presentations in conjunction with lively and instructive debates, this one-day conference will give practicing clinicians a thorough analysis of all currently available and emerging data. Recognized thought leaders will discuss and debate a variety of controversial topics, including ongoing trials and novel approaches to adjuvant therapy for lung cancer. Attendees will have the opportunity to interact with faculty and their colleagues throughout the conference.
Upon successful completion of this CME opportunity, participants will have increased confidence in their ability to manage advanced NSCLC in the frontline, maintenance, and salvage settings as well as manage resectable, high-risk, or inoperable lung cancer with single or combined modalities.
This continuing medical education (CME) is specifically designed for medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, thoracic surgeons, pulmonologists, and other physicians, clinicians, physicians-in-training, and health-care professionals (nurses, pharmacists, physician assistants, etc.) involved and/or interested in the therapeutic management of patients with lung and other thoracic cancers.
The unique and instructive format of Great Debates and Updates in Thoracic Malignancies will keep you up to date in the field and give you expert insight into the management of your patients with lung and other thoracic cancers. I hope to see you there!
Sincerely,
Ramaswamy Govindan, MD
